What is FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd?
FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd & JZ Oriental Delight are Malaysian food manufacturing and solutions company founded in 2014. Headquartered in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, we operate two certified manufacturing plants. We provide OEM manufacturing, private label production, wholesale food products, culinary solutions, and R&D services to food brands, retailers, cafés, and restaurants across Malaysia and internationally.
When was FJ Food founded?
FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd & JZ Oriental Delight was founded in 2014. Over more than a decade, we have grown from a small local business into a leading certified multi-category food solutions provider in Malaysia.
Where are FJ Food's manufacturing facilities located?
Both our manufacturing plants are located at No. 270, Jalan KIP 4, Taman Perindustrian KIP, 52200 Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd and JZ Oriental Delight Sdn Bhd operate as separate certified entities within the group.
Who does FJ Food supply to?
FJ Food supplies to food brands, supermarkets, retailers, cafés, restaurants, hotels, food service companies, meal prep and diet delivery businesses, and corporate clients requiring bulk certified food products.
Does FJ Food export products internationally?

What certifications does FJ Food hold?
FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd holds FSSC22000 and HACCP certifications. Our sister company, JZ Oriental Delight Sdn Bhd, holds HALAL certification from JAKIM and MESTI certification from the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
Is FJ Food halal-certified?
Yes. JZ Oriental Delight Sdn Bhd holds an official HALAL certification from JAKIM — Malaysia's national halal authority. Our halal-certified products are suitable for Muslim consumers and businesses requiring verified halal compliance.
What is FSSC22000 and why does it matter?
FSSC22000 is a globally recognised food safety management standard based on ISO 22000. It verifies that our manufacturing processes control food safety hazards from raw materials to finished product. Very few sauce manufacturers in Malaysia hold this certification — FJ Food does.
What is HACCP certification?
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a food safety management system that identifies and controls biological, chemical, and physical hazards in the production process. FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd is HACCP-certified.
What is MESTI certification?
MESTI stands for Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri — a food safety certification by Malaysia's Ministry of Health. JZ Oriental Delight Sdn Bhd holds MESTI certification, confirming compliance with Malaysian food safety standards.
What is the scope of your certified manufacturing activities?
Our certified scope covers: frozen sauce products (meat and plant-based), frozen pastry products (tarts, medallion, potato rosti), and ready-to-cook products (pizza, marinated poultry and meat). We also produce RTE meals, keto meals, dimsum, and western meals under the same certified quality systems.

What types of sauces does FJ Food manufacture?
FJ Food manufactures over 30 halal-certified sauce varieties across four categories:
- Western: mushroom soup, bolognese, black pepper, pesto, cream sauce, lemon dill, cheese, garlic butter, tuscan, creamy mustard and more
- Malay Oriental: masak merah, masak percik, masak lemak, rendang, sambal, kuzi, acar sauce and more
- Asian: soy garlic, teriyaki, sweet and spicy
- Oriental: mongolia, sweet and sour, buttermilk, hainanese, kamheong, tauchu, curry paste
Does FJ Food supply halal sauces in bulk for food service?
Yes. All our sauces are produced under certified halal and food safety conditions. Bulk packaging formats are available for restaurants, hotel kitchens, caterers, and institutional food providers. Contact us to discuss volume pricing and packaging options.
Can FJ Food manufacture sauces under my own brand label?
Yes. Our sauces are available for private label (PL) production. We can produce any sauce from our range — or develop a custom formulation — and package it under your brand from our FSSC22000-certified facility.
What is the difference between your Malay Oriental and Oriental sauce ranges?
Our Malay Oriental range features traditional Malaysian cooking sauces (rendang, sambal, masak merah, masak percik). The Oriental Selection covers Chinese-influenced restaurant sauces popular in Malaysian Chinese food service (buttermilk, kamheong, sweet and sour, mongolia sauce).

Ready to Cook (RTC)
What ready-to-cook products does FJ Food offer?
Our Ready to Cook range includes marinated chicken breast, marinated chicken chop, marinated lamb shoulder, and marinated lamb cube. These products are pre-seasoned and ready to cook from chilled or frozen.
Who are ready-to-cook products suitable for?
Our RTC products are ideal for restaurants and cafés, hotel banquet operations, meal kit delivery businesses, supermarkets, and corporate catering services looking to reduce kitchen prep time with consistent quality.

Are FJ Food pastries suitable for cafés and bakeries?
Yes. Our macarons, Portuguese egg tarts, and muffins are designed for cafés, hotel buffets, bakeries, and event catering. Products are available in bulk and can be supplied under private label.
Dimsum
What dimsum products does FJ Food manufacture?
FJ Food manufactures over 20 halal dimsum products across three categories:
- Bao: pandan kaya, peanut, BBQ chicken, custard, black melting gold, red bean, black sesame, chocolate, melting gold
- Fried: banana roll, beancurd roll, prawn roll, fried wantan, fried dumpling, samosa, karipap, sesame ball
- Steam: prawn siew mai, black pepper siew mai, chicken siew mai, teow chew siew mai, chicken dumpling, har kaw, glutinous chicken rice
Is FJ Food's dimsum halal-certified?
Yes. Our dimsum is produced under HALAL-certified conditions — making FJ Food one of the few certified halal dimsum manufacturers in Malaysia. Suitable for hotel buffets, Muslim-friendly restaurants, and corporate catering.

Does FJ Food offer OEM food manufacturing?
Yes. FJ Food Solution Sdn Bhd offers full OEM manufacturing for sauces, RTE meals, RTC products, pastries, dimsum, and western meals from our FSSC22000 and HACCP-certified facility in Kepong, KL.
Does FJ Food offer private label food manufacturing?
Yes. We offer private label services across all product categories, enabling supermarkets, food brands, and retailers to launch their own product lines using our certified manufacturing facility.
Can FJ Food help with new product development?
Yes. Our in-house R&D team offers new product development including custom recipe creation, flavour development, nutritional profiling, and prototype sampling.
